 Mixing arm type resin sand mixer is a continuous operation of the resin sand mixing machine, the machine is made of continuous mixing liquid curing agent and liquid resin or self-hardening sand core making use of resin sand mixer.Mixing outputs range from 3T per hour to 100T per hour, ideal for smaller foundries and catering for a number of individual customer requirements.

Resin sand mixer can be divided into: single arm  sand  mixer and double arms sand mixer .

its characteristic is can be made up of free secondary rotary stirring cage, the first level is conveying stirred cage, conveying the original sand .The second level is high speed mixed sand stirring cage .Liquid resin and curing agent are in the second stage injection,first of all injection curing agent , a period of time and then sprayed into the resin .

Resin sand mixer applies to single piece small batch manual molding ,also can be configured to core shooter and  mould & core making production line.
