Electric furnace feeder machine is a vibration charging device specially designed and developed for smelting electric furnaces. The charger adopts vibration feeding method, which is convenient to use, stable feeding, can reduce the impact of the material block on the furnace body to the minimum, and the feeding is more in line with the process requirements. 

The furnace charging feeder system can be divided into two types: one-way straight-moving type and two-way straight-moving type according to different walking directions. 

One-way straight travel type charger: each electric furnace is equipped with a charging car. 

Two-way straight travel type charger, one feeding cart can meet the feeding needs of multiple electric furnaces, and the feeding cart can move horizontally and vertically.

The metal charge is evenly added to the electric furnace to realize the mechanization and automation of the charging process, save labor and time, and greatly improve work efficiency
